Penelope Cagney is the editor of the 2018 BoardSource/Wiley book, “Global Best Practices for CSO, NGO and Other Nonprofit Boards.” This is the first survey of best governance practices around the world, and it is the first book on the topic. It was published in Chinese in late 2020, by the Shanghai University of Finance and Economic Press.
