Bekay Ahn is the founding principle of The International Council for Nonprofit Management (ICNPM). He is the first Korean American to earn the designation of CFRE and has more than 20 years of fundraising experience. He has served as a speaker at philanthropy conferences in the West (the AFP International Conference) and at many conferences in the East, like Vietnam and Nepal. In addition, he is widely recognized within the Korean American community in the US.

Since returning to Korea, Bekay has trained thousands of people in his fundraising classes and seminars. These people represent universities, health care systems, social service organizations, religious organizations as well as individuals who have an interest in knowing more about philanthropy and fundraising. He has influenced many to make fundraising their profession, many of whom are presently working in a nonprofit organization.
