Amanda Crozier, Senior Associate
Amanda is a strategic leader with 10+ years of corporate and non-profit experience, driving marketing and fundraising initiatives nationally and globally. Amanda is a leader and a problem solver, her expertise is predominantly in high value – building strategic partnerships strategies, global sponsorship, cause-marketing, social impact and donor relationships. In her most recent roles at the British Red Cross and then Make-A-Wish International, Amanda has worked with many multinational companies, including Aviva, AstraZeneca, Accor, The Walt Disney Company, establishing partnerships with mutual benefit for all parties. Amanda has also led resource mobilization across million dollar emergency appeals.
Amanda is Head of Philanthropy for World Vision, New Zealand. Previously, as Vice President of Fundraising and Marketing at Make-A-Wish International, she led the development of an international fundraising strategy across 39 Affiliates, implemented an organizational change process and set a plan to diversify income streams. As well as a digital fundraising review including website ROI, CRM Database management and recommendations for perfecting email marketing performance. Amanda has expertise in peer-to-peer fundraising, specifically working on new fundraising innovations in gaming and streaming. She was recently awarded the Certificate in Philanthropic Psychology from the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy, a course taught by Professor Jen Shang, who pioneered the field of philanthropic psychology during her time at Indiana University and Prof. Adrian Sargeant who held the first Hartsmook Chair in Fundraising at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University
Amanda is dynamic and determined to deliver meaningful results for some of the world’s most important causes. Currently based in Auckland, New Zealand, where she resides with her husband.
