Lynda Williams, Senior Consultant, has worked with more than 150 organizations worldwide, implementing strategy, innovation, and process improvement initiatives for a wide variety of organizations, ranging from large global entities such as Chanel and DuPont, to community-based nonprofits including CanSupport in New Delhi and several hospitals in the US.
Based in New Delhi, India, for eight years, she focused on supporting her company’s complex multinational clients and served as Managing Director for BMGI. Before joining BMGI, Lynda was the Executive Director of the Independent Telephone Pioneer Association (ITPA), a nonprofit organization of 24,000 volunteers dedicated to serving their communities on behalf of their companies. Working with a national board of directors, Lynda helped the organization create and execute a new strategy that resulted in a 50 percent increase in both corporate and program revenue. She also oversaw the work of the organization’s two foundations – the ITPA Charitable Foundation and the ITPA Historical Foundation. At the American Cancer Society, Lynda held management and fundraising positions in both Arizona and Maryland. In Maryland, she was responsible for implementing the volunteer component of the organization’s strategic plan. In Arizona, she oversaw the fundraising function and staff for Maricopa County. She personally trained over 500 volunteers annually.
Lynda is certified in Hoshin Planning facilitation (Lean Methods Group) and Change Management (Prosci). She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (BMGI) and has a certificate in Global Leadership (Thunderbird School of Global Management). She holds an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and BS in Arts Management from Northern Arizona University.
An Arizona native, Lynda lives in Mesa with her husband and three children. She is passionate about the arts and enjoys traveling with her family.
